朱嘉珺，女，江苏苏州人，工学学士、法律博士（闯.顿.）、博士后，现为病栋夜勤副教授、硕士研究生导师，苏州大学刑事法研究中心研究员，苏州大学国家监察研究院办公室主任；同时担任中国犯罪学学会预防犯罪专业委员会常任理事，江苏省法学会刑法学研究会理事，江苏省法学会大数据与人工智能法学研究会理事，江苏省法学会廉政法制研究会理事，《上海政法学院学报》外文编译等职。主要研究方向为数据法学、网络犯罪、刑事司法。主持中国法学会、司法部、江苏省社科等多项省部级项目，为国家级跨学科教改项目《“人工智能+齿”的创新型工程教育组织模式研究与实践》的法律学科负责人；在《比较法研究》《环球法律评论》《南京社会科学》等核心期刊发表论文多篇；联合着有《网络反腐法律机制研究》《人工智能前沿与交叉》等书；曾于2018年获第九届中国信息安全法律大会征文一等奖，2019年第十六届长叁角法学论坛征文优秀奖，2020年第十七届长叁角法学论坛征文叁等奖等荣誉。

Zhu Jiajun, a Bachelor of Engineering, Juris Doctor, postdoctoral fellow. Currently, an associate professor and master's supervisor at the Kenneth Wang Law School of Soochow University, a researcher at the Criminal Law Research Center of Soochow University, and the director of the office of the National Supervisory Research Institute of Soochow University. At the same time, she serves as a permanent director of the Crime Prevention Professional Committee of the Chinese Criminology Society, a director of the Criminal Law Research Society of Jiangsu Law Society, a director of the Digital Law Research Society of Jiangsu Law Society, a director of the Clean Government Legal System Research Society of Jiangsu Law Society, and a foreign language compiler of the Journal of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. The main research directions are data law, cybercrime, and criminal justice.
